Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

"we", "us", and "our" are references to The Streetdance Teacher Training Company.

"you", "your" and "client" are references to the person paying for the service and agreeing these terms.

"services" or “programmes” are provided by The Streetdance Teacher Training Company.

Order Acceptance

We have not accepted your application and your place will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit for said services. We will however, hold your place on any programmes for 5 days, to allow you time to make the payment. We will endeavor to contact you via e-mail and telephone before we give your place to another customer. A ‘welcome’ e-mail including all details relating to the programme will be sent as soon as your booking is made and does not constitute acceptance of your application. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Until this time, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reject any order made by the customer. In such cases, a full refund will be made using the same method of payment that was originally made.

Money back guarantee

The Streetdance Teacher Training Company offer a full refund (if outside the cooling off period this is subject to the admin fee below) on all training programmes attended if the following conditions are met:
  • You are within a 5 day cooling off period from the time and date of booking and your email / call to us to cancel your booking(s). You will not be entitled to a refund after the 5 day cooling off period. Refunds of this type are not subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Or; You leave the training on the first day because you are not satisfied with the training. All Training Materials, including your Manual, must be returned in 'as new' condition. You will not be entitled to a refund after the first day, or before you have attended the first day, as Standard Cancellation / Refund Policy applies in these cases. You must inform your trainers on the first day of your training to be entitled to a refund (minus the admin fee below).
  • An Admin Fee of £97 will be detracted from any refund. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the request.

Standard Cancellation / Refund Policy - ALL PROGRAMMES EXCEPT FOUNDATION DAYS

The cost of any programme is partly made up of a non-refundable deposit of £299. If a refund request is received more than 28 days before the programme starts you are entitled to a FULL REFUND minus the £299 Deposit. If a refund request is received 28 days or less before programme starts - NO REFUNDS will be given but the option of a transfer is possible.

Cancellation / Refund - FOUNDATION DAYS ONLY

If a refund request is received more than 7 days before the foundation day you are entitled to a FULL REFUND minus a £5 admin fee. If a refund request is received 7 days or less before foundation day - NO REFUNDS will be given. Your deposit is non-transferrable.

Cancellation of programmes

If a programme has less than 4 attendees signed on 1 week before the start of a training, we reserve the right to cancel and refund all monies paid for said programme or re-schedule a programme (on a date that meets with your timetable). We will inform all attendees with as much notice as possible and offer alternative programmes where possible.

Invoices

All invoice notifications will be sent via e-mail. Customers are required to pay their invoice in advance of the delivery of any services or programmes, using the available method of your choice within 5 days of the invoice issue date. For payment plans all payments must be received within 35 days of the planned programme start date.

Bank charges

Customers are responsible for the provision of sufficient funds in their account and we will not be held responsible for any charges incurred as a result of overdrawing of the bank account or credit card or as a result of failed transactions.

Processing your Payments

All online purchases are carried out through a third party payment processor with the highest security in place. We do not store your financial information. Our secure payments are currently handled by RomanCart www.romancart.com & PayPal UK, www.paypal.co.uk/uk.

How we use your data

We agree never to sell, make public, or distribute your details that we keep with your booking records. This information is for internal use and will never leave the company.

Sensitive data

Customers are responsible for keeping their usernames, passwords and other sensitive data safe. If a breach is suspected, the customer is required to change their password. They can do so by calling our offices or emailing info@StreetDanceTeacherTraining.com

Payment schedules

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us in advance of the time period during which such services are provided.
