Meet your Trainers

The Streetdance Teacher Training Company was set up by Mike and Hayley Hall after identifying a real need for people to receive structured and formal training in becoming a Streetdance teacher.

Combining their Streetdance experience and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) expertise, meant that they could now provide people with a fast track route to becoming an excellent Streetdance teacher.

Their goal is that through the Streetdance Teacher Training Company, they will create a standard for Streetdance teaching that is recognised around the world as the best.

Hayley Hall, BA (Hons)

Certified NLP Trainer, Co-Founder of the STTC & Fresh Vibes

Hayley has been in the Streetdance industry for the last 15 years. In that time she has danced professionally, set up her own dance school (Fresh Vibes, the national provider of Streetdance courses, a sister company of STTC) and has taught thousands of people how to become excellent Streetdancers!

Working for the STTC now gives Hayley the opportunity to share her knowledge, experience and passion for Streetdance with other would-be Streetdance teachers!

As well as having extensive experience in the Streetdance industry, Hayley also is passionate about communication and how as Streetdance teachers you can dramatically improve the life of your students. Hayley is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming trainer (NLP trainer), certified by Sue Knight. This means, Hayley is able to train you up so that you too can learn the latest tools and techniques to communicate most effectively with your students and give them the best experience possible!

On this teacher training Programme, Hayley combines her knowledge of the Streetdance industry alongside the latest NLP techniques to make you the very best Streetdance teacher!

Mike knows what it takes to run a successful Streetdance School (he set up and runs Fresh Vibes with Hayley) and become a successful Streetdance teacher.

Mike specialises in communication and training people to be excellent Streetdance teachers and brings his knowledge and experience in these areas into the training programme.

Mike is a certified NLP trainer by Sue Knight, which means on the teacher training programme he will ensure that your communication sets you apart from the rest! With excellent language skills, excellent rapport, and a real passion to teach you everything you need to know to grow into a fabulous Streetdance teacher, Mike will ensure you remember your teacher training programme forever!

Mike also has a Masters in e-Commerce Engineering and has worked for five years as an IT manager and website designer. With such expertise and skill, he can advise you on the latest ways to use technology to get ahead! At the STTC we aren’t just creating fantastic Streetdance teachers; we are creating people who have the tools and techniques to make a real success of themselves by having all the knowledge they need!
