WHAT is the 4 Day (STTC Graduates Only) Conversion programme?
The 4 Day (STTC Graduates Only) Conversion programme is an intensive programme that allows you to convert your certification programme into a Level 4 QCF nationally recognised Street Dance Qualification in Street Dance Teaching.
On the first two days of the 4 day programme, we will refresh all your previous skills and introduce you to new skills that you will need in order to obtain the Qualification.
On the second two days of the programme, there will be external examinations. These will include practical and oral exams. You will run a Street Dance class (just like you did before) and will be externally assessed. You will also have some videos to watch to highlight good and bad Street Dance teaching practice.
There will also be group exams, where a topic will be discussed in a group and examiners will be listening for responses. There will also be some lesson planning that will need to be submitted. We will of course ensure your skills are refreshed and you have all the up to date training, information and skills you will need in order to receive the Level 4 QCF qualification.
